How Murabaha (installment purchase) works
The margin is fixed on the contract day and never increases with time. The full margin is paid with the first installment; the remaining installments are equal.
Our services
Murabaha
Installment purchase of household goods, motorcycles, livestock, farm machinery and shop stock.
Tawarruq
For genuine cash needs: we sell a tradable commodity on installments, which you then sell to a third party. We never buy it back.
Service financing
We pay hospitals, schools or travel agencies directly; you repay in installments.
Bai Salam
Advance purchase of crops: farmers receive the full price today and deliver the produce later.
Musharaka & Mudaraba
Business partnership. Actual profits are shared by agreed ratio; losses follow capital, never guaranteed returns.
Mudaraba savings & term deposits
Monthly (DPS) and fixed-term savings. We announce an expected rate; the final profit depends on actual results.
Our commitments
No hidden costs
Every fee is published. Nobody may ask for anything beyond it.
Late fees go to charity
A late fee discourages wilful delay, but not a single taka becomes our income. It is all spent on charity.
Owner approval & audit
Every financing and every expense above a set limit needs approval from all three owners. Books are closed monthly and audited every six months.
Verifiable receipts
Every receipt carries a QR code; anyone can verify it online. Staff carry QR ID cards that can be verified the same way.
